I wrote this guide because there was nothing like it back when I was suffering the loss of my dad to suicide. It was a horrible time for me, and I wish I had someone to walk me through it. Someone who could have told me that my feelings were valid and that I wasn’t crazy for parking outside of his house and imagining his last moments. What I’ve written in this guide won’t be able to magically make all of your pain go away, but I hope it offers some solidarity and resources to get you feeling a little better.
